Library Guest Room

This elegant suite is on the main floor and is a marvel to see.   Originally part of the home’s double parlor, this room was converted into a Library with the addition of solid, walnut built-in bookcases.

As you enter through a set of original 10 foot pocket doors, you immediately notice the view of the gardens through the large bay window .   This room features a massive King size bed, complimented by a private sitting area, which includes a Victorian couch and a pair of President and Mrs. Lincoln chairs.  The adjoining bathroom has been generously updated to accommodate a whirlpool tub/shower.   Whether you’re a lover of books or not, you don’t want to miss this enchanting suite!
